MS and want to loss weight
Hi Carolinenhs2006,
Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS forum. Many of us are following the NHS 12 week plan, and I would suggest having a look at our Welcome Newbie post (see Pinned posts area at the right-hand-side of the homepage) and you can have a look to see whether there's anything that would be helpful to you.
I know you have been diagnosed with MS 12 years ago, and I wondered if you'd made contact with any forums related to your condition? There is one here that I can give you a link to - but I think it's based in America. I am not sure if there are any UK based ones online, and I don't know where you are based, but the link to the American one is here, incase you want to have a look:
Please do join in with our weekly weigh-in group if you'd like to be part of that, it's a friendly and supportive group. You can see a link to that group in the Events section.

As you may have heard, losing weight is about eating less calories than you burn π Ill health reduced my activity and hence caused weight gain, reducing my calories reversed it. Sounds simple eh? I wish!! Lol π Having a health issue may make it more challenging but weight loss is still possible, π You have some ideas there from Zest and things to read, good luck and best wishes π
