hi good luck....lost 2lb in my first week, my 2nd weigh in on Monday....it can be done, if slowly, which is better in the long run
What r u eating
Just healthily, fruit, veg & grilled food & always have breakfast, ditched sugary foods etc.....good luck

Cheese, Kale, Applies, Garlic, Ginger, cAKE, t AND cOFFEE, mILK AND nUTS, boiled eggs, Toast, Yoghurt, Mackerel, Lemon, Berries, seeds
