Just wanted to share with pride that I have done it....didn't quite believe Laura that I could run for 20 mins without stopping for a walk. Despite feeling as though I was going to 'die' in the first 5 mins probably just anxiety...and too much thinking....i ran and finished the 20 mins.
I am so proud of myself and as people around me think I am mad I don't like to go on about my achievements too much so thought I would let you all know. πππ

Whoop whoop π Very well done! That is a great achievement and something to be very proud of πππ
Omg well done - I couldn't run for a bus and no intention of trying as things stand. Shame I hear πyou say!!!
Sadπ§ really as when I was younger and built like a marabou stork I used to run representing Lincolnshire cross country. Its true what we say "use it or loose it!!!" π΅
Well done novice! I'm at the same point in c25k program and completed my first ever 20min run on Friday, it was very hard but I am feeling so proud just like you! Keep going ! I can't wait to complete week 9! (I will be amazed by myself) keep me posted how you're getting on X incidentally whilst I'm still struggling to lose the numbers on the scales I feel like the running is helping to tone and shape me loads! (and obviously making me fitter!!) Have you noticed this too? πππ»πβοΈ
I am sure once we are doing 30 min runs each time (which would be a miracle for me) the weight will start dropping off (hopefully!) πππ» Good luck x
