Hi Guys, My name is Katie and I'm currently trying to lose weight to simply be able to look in the mirror and like what I see, or at least be proud of what I have accomplished.
Can anyone give me any tips on the diet or even the best kind of exercising I could do to be able to get the weight loss going?
