Started a few months back all was going well untill I feel ill with bronchitis and it then went down hill from there, I have now decided to give it another go as I'm now feeling a lot better. But as I say it's been a while so trying to get my head around it all again and advice on where to start lol x

Welcome back! Really sorry to hear that you fell ill with bronchitis. I'm glad to hear you're feeling a lot better now.

Not sure where you got up to last time - did you start the NHS 12 week plan? Maybe have another read of it, and see if you want to re-start from the very beginning, or maybe pick up where you last left it? I'd say go with what you feel like doing. Some of us are doing a Re-boot, so look out for that post in the Pinned posts - you need to click on 'view more' to see it though, as it's currently hidden.
