and I am still trying to get below 185 kg. Have been trying for months. There has been a lot of anxiety at work and at home as I come to terms with not being so active due to an arthritic foot. Hence, my walking route to weight loss is scuppered. Nonetheless, I am trying protein shakes in a bid to resist the 10 o'clock and 4 o'clock work day munchies. Interestingly, at home (as I am today) this is not a problem. At home I do interesting things without so many interruptions. Maybe I should review my job once the foot has recovered next Spring. Today is my weekly day off and I am busy preparing for my talk at the local library about the Norman Lockyer Observatory. Much too busy to munch...
