Need to lose weight healthily.
I am young mum of 2 but unfortunately have few medical problems and i ended up gaining weight alot..i really need to change things to reduce pressure on my joints and to make health better generally.

Have you looked at the NHS 12 week plan? It's a great way to start on your journey to health and happiness You'll find a link to it in our welcome newbie post, which is in the Pinned Posts section to the right of your screen.
Take some time to read through all the hints and tips and consider joining us in any, or all of the challenges that are currently running.

If you are not already doing it I would recommend the NHS 12 week plan that is linked with this forum. I have been on it for 1 week now and have already lost 4 pounds so it really does work and suggests lots of healthy eating ideas.
Good luck and as Moreless says check out the weekly weigh in as it is great boost to hear how well you are doing from others in the same boat
