Well as it says above ^^^ Im feeling positive, not sure why but i am...... i think ive cracked it..... in half - being dieting since i was young and now im nearly 21 and still have weight issues, but slowly im resolving them, i feel like i have "got to know myself" all over again
Taking things 1 step at a time, no set amount of weight to lose no deadline = no pressure
Lifestyle change is defiantly the key for me
(Hope all you other members are doing well and beating the bulge)
