Morning! Think of the positives, you haven't gained, go you! Now just work out what you are going to change and give it a go. Don't be down, you will get there, everyone has plateaus, it's all about consistency. Feel free to tell me all this when I'm posting about not losing anything ;-) Good luck!

I was also a stand still until my sister told me that I must eat 3 healthy meals as I was skipping breakfast. Hope it helps! Are you drinking enough fluid? Eating enough calories? Are you doing enough exercise? Just trying to help as this is what happened to me. Keep going forward. Don't give up as you will get there in the end.

Good Luck!

Let us know how you are getting on.

You can pledge just for one day at a time to drink more water and checking calories.

You can do it and will do it! Remember we are here to support you! You are not alone!

Hi Can you increase your exercise and maybe target the specific areas where you want to lose inches? Maintaining is good though :)

The rowing machine at the gym did it for me, during a month where I didn't lose any weight but went down by 2 dress sizes. If you don't fancy the gym, sitting on the floor, watching telly and "rowing" for half an hour might help.
