So having lost just over a stone in about 6months using the myfitnesspal app, I found myself stuck and unable to lose weight at all for weeks. Got some great advice from Lowcal and chose to follow an article that said if you increase your calorie intake for a few days then go back to your set limit again it can kick-start the weight loss again. And..
.. It worked, now back on track at between 1and 2 pounds a week!!!!!!
