Hi Everyone,

Does anyone use a personal trainer type app? I can't afford to hire one and there are afew apps out there, before I spend money on them be nice to have some advice.

Thanks

Wendy

I used MyFitnessPal for a while but invested in a Fitbit last year and haven't looked back. I log everything and find it really useful for keeping a check on my calorie intake.

Hi Twiglet, I use mfp which is amazing. There are some apps that instruct you on exercises just like a personal trainer would, these are what I'am looking into.

Thanks

Wendy

Ive used youtube in the past, just search for the type of exercise your after and choose one with a high rating :)

I use fit star personal trainer and fit star yoga. It's free or you can pay. The free section you get 1 a week that is tailored to your level ( you mark how easy/ hard you found it) it is owned by Fitbit now so links with this if you have one
