Hi Andy,

The Monday group weigh-in is here:

healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh....

So if you'd like us to include your weight, please do copy and paste - or re-write your entry into that link (if you want to of course) - but just wanted you to know where we are. :-)

We'll respond to you there - as the Fab 5'ers are currently responding to all Monday group weighers, and it's great that you'll hopefully be joining us there soon!

Lowcal :-)

HI Andy,

Just to say that if you haven't copied and pasted your entry to the group by the afternoon, then I will do so for you, so you're included. I know you meant to join us for the group weigh-in, and we don't want to miss you!

Lowcal :-)

Andy, Your weight is now included in the Monday group weigh-in, so hope you see it there later when you get chance to read through the thread. :-)

I weighed 11st 12ibs which is down a pound on last week. Not finding it easy as I have a lot of stress and I tend to comfort eat.

Hello elaineanne1 ☺ You have posted your weight on an old weigh thread.

I see you have been a member for a while but there have been a few changes recently. The weigh in threads now run on 6 days a week. Mondays and Tuesdays are fully subscribed, but Wednesday - Saturday are available. ☺

To lighten the load we ask that everyone responds to at least one other member, ideally the person directly ahead of you on the thread. This is a bare minimum, though and we'd love to see everyone, with their pom poms, cheering as many people as they wish, on as many days as they like ☺

It would make things so much easier for us if you could state your weight, how much weight you've lost/gained/maintained this week and your goals for the week ahead. Other than that, feel free to share any details of your week that you like. ☺

Best wishes

Anna

Hi Elaine well done . downward weight is a success. In the evenings is when I feel the most tempted so now I do 2 things - if there are advert breaks I get up and walk upstairs and back so I miss the ads which are often for food and I knit which keeps my hands busy.

Hello , pleased lost a bit - weighed in today at 72kg - last Monday weight 72.8kg. Continuing to be very disciplined about the 8 week blood sugar diet and doing minimum of 10,000 steps a day as well as swimming. Playing golf too.

Sunshine certainly helps.
