I am sorry about your hard week, FB, it is a shame that it has impacted your weight loss journey, but I am sure that if you get straight back on it, you will lose those errant lbs and be back to your excellent rate of loss again.

I remember you had a large loss last week, so I suspect that you're just levelling off a bit this week? Afterall, you've maintained your weight following a previous larger gain, so your overall trend is really good - I'm going by my memory here, so hope that's right.
Sounds like you've been stressed with your college deadlines, and I hope you've met them ok, and that all will be well.

Thanks. I've just had my daily 48min cycle to work last week plus a few weights sessions at home. And I ate more than I needed on some days because I was so bored/stressed with getting my college work done for Sunday and my sister is critically ill, which does not help either.
I am sorry to hear that your sister is critically ill, I really hope she is comfortable and getting some good treatment. Well done on doing your daily cycle - 48 mins is a good amount of cycling! And back of course!!! I am not keeping up with my strength training, so I must try to get back to it. Well done for keeping up your weight sessions at home. Great exercise!
At least your college deadline for Sunday is now past, so maybe this week might be a little less stressful - I hope so!
