The rather unflattering costume will be going back, today.....3 more coming via internet for a try on.....(need to feel strong the delivery day)....2 flattering cover ups purchased, to be fair they are quite nice. I am not very overweight now to be fair, just another stone and a bit to be a healthy BMI. Just very low self esteem after the changing room trauma and 'the costume'.......... imagine a full sausage in a tight skin..ouch....not a good look.....

I'm sure the new ones you've ordered will look lovely as it sounds like you've chosen well ☺. You're not alone in sporting the 'full sausage' look, I tried on a pink tankini before I started on this plan and I practically ran out of the shop crying. At least you've not too much to lose now, you'll be there soon ☺.
Oh to wear a tankini....
Hi Miamia,
Hope the ones you've ordered will be good - you're doing so well - getting ever closer to your healthy BMI. I agree that changing rooms can definitely be stressful. All those mirrors etc. Plus we can often be our own worst critics!
Hope you have a great week ahead.

Chased them up..just on line...need to sort this.....! 3 weeks until the holiday......
I buy BHS tankinis. They are quite flattering but cover up everything. Don't know what I do when BHS finally goes.
good suggestion, will try there today....
miamia , got my fingers crossed for your swimsuit fashion show.
Hidden , I too am in mourning for BHS's swimsuits. Never got a bad one from there. Have worn some of them for decades. And decades when I have swum a lot. M&S could learn a lot from the BHS swimwear buyers about the quality of the materials used.
