Noone else awake so am off swimming before they wake up. Then breakfast. Whats everyone else going to have for theirs today? I think its my favourite meal.

I have to admit that I have treated myself as it's the Friday after payday (and a swimming day!). I had a fruit scone with jam and clotted cream.
Ok, so it's not the healthiest breakfast going, but very tasty and it's not something I do very often. And I also figure I can get away with it as it's what I'm having for breakfast not in addition to my regular meals.
Porridge made with half oats, half low sugar Swiss style muesli and semi skimmed milk and blueberries swirled through to serve. Yum yum!
I had full fat greek yogurt with strawberries and a tiny swirl of honey!
I eat my breakfast at lunch time - normally homemade muesli with skimmed milk and berries - today I also had a nectarine chopped in - they are all ripening at the same time so they need gobbling up! I'll also be having one later on with my sugarfree jelly and %fat fromage blanc. Had three cups of coffee before my run today maybe should look to reducing that to two...
broccoli and rice with little bits of avocado and cheese melted in. And some yoghurt after.
I had a croissant and coffee sitting by a swimming pool in France (will pay the price at Monday's weigh in no doubt!).
Back home now though so porridge here we come...
