Day one ....starting again to lose weight l piled it back on yet again. Can anyone advise bow to keep the weight off and to l am so sick of yo yo weight loss .

Don't diet, just change lifestyle to lose weight and maintain. Lots of advice on the welcome newbies pinned post to the right of this screen. good luck.
See it as a life journey, you need to eat enough to lose, and then maintain, don't go back to old habits.............never get too comfortable either, arrived as such, maintaining is difficult too!
