I signed up to NHS Weight Loss a week ago, but am only getting round to introducing myself - I'm 51, male, and looking to lose 10kg - I weighed 90kg this time last week. I have lost weight successfully in the past, but then put it back on, then the weight goes up past that too! So this time, I want the weight loss to be for good, and would hope to maintain a healthy weight constantly, rather than yo-yo-ing up and down all the time.
I want to lose the weight because of high blood pressure, and its a strain on my knees too
