Hi. Newbie here! I am fed up! I gave up smoking last year and it was a doddle compared to loosing weight. I have yo-Yo dieted for years and I am now the heaviest I have ever been. I go from binge eating because of stress and anxiety with added amounts of boredom to eating nothing all day and then just eating my tea in the evening. I can't get it right...
I have spent 00's of pounds on counsellors and slimming world, weight watchers, pills, shakes etc and nothing seems to work for anymore than 2 or 3 weeks.
How can I beat this? My head says I need to cut out this and that and I'm really confused. How can I start and continue on a good track?
