Starting Again!

I have lost weight before following the NHS recommendations so I'm hopeful I can do it again!   My first mini goal is 1 stone - I love walking and have a fitbit and I try to do 10,000 steps a day.  I go for a gentle swim once a week.  I have also downloaded myfitnesspal so its all systems go!!  :-)

Hello and good luck! 😊 I read that to succeed we need to focus on a previous time when we have been successful, almost like trying to convince ourselves we can do it. So if you have done it before you will do it again 😊

Good luck and very best wishes 😊
