It was all going so well. I started to do the 30 day shred got to day 7 took one day off then did a day yesterday and today i've completley lost my mojo.

i started the plan 2 weeks ago and I've managed to lose 11lbs and i don't want to let it go down the drain I've put so much effort into it.

Any advice? i just can't get into it!

Thanks

Just try something new. For exercise to be sustainable it also needs to be fun. Keep trying different things until you find something you like and can stick at. How about a circuits class, couch to 5k, or some basic strength exercises such as squats, lunges, press-ups? Maybe swimming, quite simply going for some long walks, buy a bicycle... You can definitely keep this up, but it needs to be enjoyable :)

11lbs is amazing and a lot to lose in just 2 weeks. Well done!  Maybe go a bit slower and plan to lose just a few pounds each week to make it sustainable and easier on yourself. You can probably afford to ease up a little and enjoy some nice treat but still stick within your calorie limit? Focus on making healthy choices rather than on just losing weight so that you get the feel good factor again. X
