So yesterday after gaining on the Monday weigh in, I decided to have an early tea at work, and then get to the gym. I've never been very good at running, or even vaguely enjoyed it, but I decided whether I ran/walked/crawled I was going to do 5K on the treadmill.
I started off alright, and then very quickly wanted to die, so ended up powerwalking the majority of it - but I did it!
I finished off with a bit of boxing practice which I haven't done in a while, so feeling a lot better about the rest of this week!
