I'm off into the big city tonight for cocktails and such with my sister and her friend as she is just back from Australia and I already know I'm going to be over my calorie count. I've been really good all week and been under my counts every day so surely a few tonight won't hurt? I'm just worried I'll step on the scales in Monday and have put on π©π©

Enjoy our night out! Dieting isn't about making you miserable and miss out on things. Make sure you have a nutritious healthy meal before you go so you're not tempted by fattening snacks whilst you are out and have diet mixers with your drinks. You have the whole week end to get back on track before the Monday weigh in.
I think that as long as you don't go completely overboard tonight and are really careful for the rest of the weekend, everything should even out and you'll still have a good weigh-in on monday, gem

It's a lifestyle change not a diet... When your sister returns from Oz you are entitled to go out and have fun! Doesn't matter if the scales are up this coming Monday; what matters is that you get back on track and manage the up right back down again - if that makes any sense...?!?!
Plan how many drinks you're going to have, how much 'over' you're going to go, and then pace your evening so you stick to that. Have a couple of glasses of water during the evening, and advice to eat well before you go out is good too. Loads of us have lost weight while still having the odd night out, just need to be careful and stick to some kind of plan. Good luck
