Dried fruit ? Or a yoghurt maybe .Banana or pineapple usually do it for me in a fruit salad.

A few sweet grapes, a Cadburys Highlights hot choc, sugar free jelly (I love the blackcurrent one), you could have strawberries with 0% fat free Greek yogurt... moreless  has given you a good link too.

I have a two finger kit Kat or a mini bounty, although these taste a bit too sweet now after all these months cutting back on sugar 😊 Good luck

How about a couple of squares of 85% dark chocolate- it's less sweet than milk chocolate and is satisfying quiet quickly. Or a Medjool date or two. Ridiculously sweet and good for you as well...

I'm really not a fan of artificial sweeteners and other 'diet' versions of food.
