Hi Richard. Welcome. My friend and myself are starting the 12 week plan on 1st May so busy emptying my cupboards of all the naughty things. I am looking forward to the challenge and it seems that everyone is so supportive. Good luck Richard. As I am emptying my cupboards can anyone suggest things that I can buy for snacks etc. I will stock up with fruit and veg always a staple with me but I know that I will struggle with snacks etc. Not really a chocolate person more ice cream and crisps lol.
