Hello everyone a newbie saying Hi, I have been been putting off making a concerted effort to loose weight for years but after watching 24 Hours in A&E last night I have decided life is far too precious to be playing Russian Roulette with my health, been reading some of your fantastic achievements it's very inspiring thank you.
