Hiya. Hope you're all well. I am new here and I need to loose 30kg. I hope I can do it. I am 178cm tall and my weight is 110 kg. I've never weight so much. Few years ago I've lost like 22 kg but I felt too confident and all lost kilograms just came back. Sorry for any mistakes in my posts but I've learnt English only for 3,5 years. Thanks guys! Xxx
