Why does everything bad but yet taste good start with the letter C??
But when you think about it there a lot of food that starts with C - cabbage, carrot, cherries, clementines, celeriac, celery, ciabatta, I'll stop there except to add that other 'baddy' chocolate 😄
It doesn't , I love nuts, and tend to eat too many, that's why nit butter is only ever a light breakfast thing!

No unhealthy snacks (and not so many of the healthy ones). Have promised to lose 8lbs by Easter - got to get back on track. 😈

I'm working late tonight and will be cycling there and back - doing a day and a half effectively. I pledge that when I get back at 10:30 or so I'll still have a healthy, sensible-portioned dinner. (Not go mad in the kitchen like a ravenous teenager just because I'm having dinner 2 hours late!) I'm going to achieve this by having my lunch 1 hour later and distributing my snacks evenly throughout the day Wish me luck!

I completed the 200 kettlebell swings that I pledged yesterday and boy can I feel it this morning. My pledge for today is to achieve a minimum of 7km walking which will be a big improvement on the last week or so. Good luck everyone.

I managed to do my 10 squats, press-ups and sit-ups, and feel good for achieving that. I hadn't done any the day before, despite hoping to start them, so the daily pledge definitely kick-started me! Thank you!
Today I would like to increase the number of reps of each exercise to 15.

Well 10.15pm came and went, but I was at least upstairs by 10.30pm and lights out by 11.30pm - kind of earlyish for me. The problem is that 6am is never that far away. I'll try again for that elusive early night tonight...!
I failed very badly yesterday. Stress makes me eat. Will try to do better today.
I have a lot of IBS related food intolerences but am overweight and have an important wedding in the summer. I found the 12 step NHS plan hard when I tried so am now just trying healthy eating after seriously losing the plot and gaining weight. I have to weeks off my part time job so trying to get on track - healthy eating, limit sweet treats lots of walking. I like the sound of daily pledges will try it once I get back to work
