I've lost all of my motivation, used to go to the gym and climb the stairs at work.
I've put back on a stone in weight that I lost.

Hi Gman1961,
Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear that you've lost all of your motivation, and that you have re-gained the stone that you had lost. That must be quite disheartening, but I think it's positive that you've joined the Weight Loss NHS forum as it's a great community, and we support one another on our weight loss journeys. I agree with Hidden that any changes you make need to be enjoyable, and then you can sustain them for the future.
I'd like to give you a couple of links to look at, if that's ok with you. The first is a link to our Welcome Newbie post, which moreless has put together, and the second is a link to our Monday group weigh-in session - just incase you'd like to join us there (completely optional of course, but you'd be very welcome if you do feel you'd like to join in):

Whatever you do, I'd like to wish you success this time around, and remember that you lost weight before, and you can do it again, but hopefully sustaining some habits and changes that you enjoy will mean that you can keep the weight off for the future.
Good luck!
Lowcal
So gman1961 you have got back onto this forum so that is a start. You just need to get your mojo back mate so are you going to get back into this way of eating to lose that stone?
You've been given great advice gman, how about joining us for the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea challenge, for a bit of extra motivation?
HI concerned,thanks for your reply.
