Well done! A good loss like that encourages you to keep going.
Hi! It's also my first day today and as an ex-smoker, I know exactly what you mean about eating anything that finds it's way into your hands - it's amazing how quickly the weight piles on!
Good luck with your weight loss. Fantastic that you managed to stop smoking. Hope you have a great week. I'm just starting my second week and find that coming on here regularly helps and encourages me.
Hi very well done on the stopping smoking so hard to do my husband is trying at the moment again!
I am sure you will do well you seem to have the right mindset I found the 12 week plan really good I am redoing it now on week 4 again (week 16 ) and the key is to be active on the forum reading, giving and receiving advice it really helps if you start to wobble.
Keep us posted and shout out if help needed. Best wishes Bev😊👍
I too have packed up the cigs and managed to gain 4st! So I know exactly where you're coming from! Well done you for staying off the cigs, I stupidly restarted and had to go through it all again!

Look at the Topics section beneath that, for posts that could answer any questions you may have.
