Im currently weighing 170lbs and wanting to loose 2 stone and need serious help. Im constantly eatinf crappy foods and craving them . i eat a healthy meal and never feel satisfied . i wanting to start up a diet and excercise plan. Any advise?

Hello Briony

You will get an official welcome soon, but you have come to the right place. Lots of support and friendship on here.

Everyone has their own way of doing things so take some time to find an eating plan that suits you, if you are hungry after your meal it could be there wasn't enough, or not enough protein or carbohydrates in it. Having enough to eat is a major factor for me 😕 Check out NHS Choices, work out you BMI and how many calories you should be eating, going too low may leave you hungry and feeling deprived. Together with an exercise plan, short to begin with but building up gradually, and you will soon feel the benefits 😊

Creating good habits takes time but is worth it in the long run 😊
