Congratulations to you on losing 11 pounds - that is a really great start! You're very close to losing a stone - not long now! If you would like to join in our Monday group weigh-ins, you'd be very welcome - the next session will be posted just before 6.30am tomorrow morning, but we're around all day and evening to respond to people who post there.
