At Christmas I was 14 stone and over the last two months lost one stone, the problem is I am now 13 stone and stuck. I go to the gym three times per week, watch what I eat but cant move the weight. Will not give up but would like to see some movement.

Hi Keithgordon,
Congratulations on your really great weight loss achievement of losing a stone over the last 2 months. Have you seen our Welcome Newbie post, which Moreless has put together? I'm wondering if there might be some tips or suggestions within that, which might help you move beyond the 13 stone mark? There's a link to it here, incase you want to have a read through:

Also, I'm giving you a link to our Monday group weigh-in post - incase you want to join us for a regular weekly weigh-in. The Afternoon/Evening session has just gone live, but it would be worth linking to the Morning session to have a read through some of the posts, as they are inspiring and having group support can make a difference for some people.

Whatever you do, I hope you have a great week ahead, and wish you continued success with your weight loss journey and hope you achieve all your goals.
All the best,
Lowcal
Thanks, I will not give up but I thought it would be more easy becoming a racing snake! I will up my gym work out just a bit more.
Good luck with everything and do keep us posted about how you're getting on.
i seem to have lost weight in my face and legs but don't seem to be moving the scales downwards. But I must say I am feeling a lot better health wise.
Hi Keithgordon,
It can help to take body measurements so that you can have a record of changes like those - it's sometimes the case that the scales don't necessarily show the progress, but you notice differences in your body and in the fit of your clothes, so being able to record the changes in the body measurements can be validating of those changes. All a matter of preference of course and finding what things help you.
Great that you're feeling a lot better health wise and that you've noticed the weight loss in your face and legs. I think that's really great!
