Hi Pam,

Welcome to the forum, and I hope you'll enjoy this community. There's a Welcome Newbie post that you might want to have a read though - Moreless (a lovely member of the forum) put it together, and it does contain lots of information and things that other members have enjoyed about the forum:

I hope you'll join in some of the many Challenges (if you like the look of them of course!) and I hope to maybe see you in the Monday group weigh-in sessions, if the idea of a Monday weigh-in in a group setting is something that appeals.
