So I'm 2/3 weeks in to actually making an effort to lose some weight, and although I'm going steady, I'm just starting to get to that point where little cracks can start creeping in, putting me off my game and meaning over the next couple of weeks the concerted effort has usually petered off in the past.
So just posting to remind myself to keep going, to break that 10 stone barrier that I haven't seen in years, and that it will be a better feeling than any burger

Keep up the good work you have achieved so far, you can break that barrier and nothing wrong with having a healthy burger is there? Just as long as it is not in addition to your normal meals etc. and not loaded with chips of course John
Oh you are so nearly there - and it gets harder I know. Watch the portion sizes, keep up the water intake and try some new and different exercises to add a little zest! Good luck!
Great that you're posting to motivate yourself, and to remind yourself of your goals and it's great that you're going steady so far. I know you said there are a few little cracks creeping in, but hopefully being forewarned is forearmed, and you have your goals in mind, and so hopefully you'll weather the cracks and enjoy the results.
