I have decided to join this group after failing on many diets over the past few years. I recently lost quite a lot of weight doing the dukan diet, however pilled it all back on after returning to 'normal' eating. Although I know I eat more calories than I need to. I currently weigh 10st 4 and ideally would like to weigh 9st. Any motivational help would be much appreciated.
