I'm eating under 1500 calories but not necessarily healthy .
For exzample today I have had bran flakes and sausage roll and chocolate muffin then bran flakes for tea again .
Will I still loose weight or does it have to be healthy food ?

I wouldn't recommend that much refined carbohydrate. It could play havoc with your blood sugar and leave you felling more hungry. Could you try increasing the amount of veggies and fruit in your diet to ensure you get the nutrients your body needs?
There's a lot of sugar in Bran Flakes and a chocolate muffin, they're not going to help you lose weight.
Well yes, you will lose weight but that is awful for your body and you will feel very hungry as high calorie foods won't fill you up much.
You may lose weight temporarily but you'll be tired and sluggish with blood sugar highs and lows... Not to mention making your digestive system work overtime
Nourish and take care of your body, and it will take care of you!
This depends - I managed to lose a lot of weight previously eating very little, but all rubbish food. At one point your weight loss (like mine did) will stall though. The theories I have read since are that poor food choices trick your body into thinking you are in starvation mode, not because you aren't eating enough, but because your body is starving for nutrients. Muffins, bran flakes, pizzas, chocolate bars, anything like this, provides no vitamin C (prevents scurvy), D (prevents rickets), K (prevents blood clots), very little calcium or potassium, no Omega's (which regulate cholesterol), iron... Your body thinks you're in a drought and filling up on empty calories to get through.
In the long run you will feel healthier and fuller if you eat well.
So no veg or fruit? I suggest that you add those in for a start. Bran flakes are not a brilliant cereal. They have too much sugar and salt, and the bran is not the best fibre. Suggest you switch to porridge, oats, puffed wheat, shredded wheat or any of the other 100% wholegrain cereals. If you are a chocolate fan, try my trick. I have 30g of cereal, often a mixture of different ones. Add a chopped banana. Then use a sachet or 11g of chocolate Options (hot chocolate) with the water added instead of milk on your cereal. I eat it with a small spoon and make it last. I find it covers my chocolate urges for a whole day, if I start with it. For lunch, it would be better if you can add some lean protein and some veg, maybe a soup. The kind of lean meats sold for sandwiches can be quite helpful here. Instead of having a fatty catering sausage in fat laden pastry, swop to a lower kcal sausage in a bread roll. I suggest you add onion to it. I can get it nicely cooked by microwaving the chopped onion for 2-4 minutes, depending on the amount. I then dry fry in a non stick pan. Till the cooked onion is browned. Your current day's food is all brown! Try to add some colour to those plates. I am sure you would enjoy that for a change.
