Lost 1Kg! I am over the moon with this small victory Have been ill all week, haven't been able to run and only did strength and flex once this week, so its nothing short of a miracle.
Lets keep going!

I would say spend sometime investigating, clicking away and finding what interests you. I use my toddlers' nap time for this.
I do the couch 2 5 running programme (when I don't have a silly cold like now!) so I joined that group. I really want to lose weight so joined that group and the healthy eating group.
People aren't to be pretty friendly and whenever I have posted someone has always replied, no matter how small a post and that feels really supportive.
