Happy to report 2 Ib lose this week, weather has been good so walked more and re-jigged food plan.Here's to a good week for all.

Well done on the 2lbs loss, it is more pleasant to walk when the weather is nice. I had a long walk yesterday morning when it was nice and fresh outside. Such a refreshing start to the day.
