That's right,I eat healthy all my life!!!

No junk food,no chocolates,no alcohol.

After the bregnacy, 8 years ago, cannot loose weight except if I really starving!!!

I eat healthy no cheating,no thyroid problem as gp said.

It seems very strange why I cannot loose weight

Hi Carol08,

Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit disappointed. Please give it more time, and maybe review your eating (as June suggests) just to make sure you're sticking with the NHS plan guidelines - it can be so easy to miss something in a sauce or eat just that bit more in a portion size - and weight can fluctuate due to so many reasons.

See how things are in another couple of weeks. Maybe join us in the Monday group weigh-in, as we could offer you some further support in terms of a group approach - if you click on my profile then you'll see all the previous Monday group weigh-in posts, and you could have a look through and see if they are something you might like to be a part of. You'd be very welcome.

I'd like to wish you a great week ahead, and hope that you enjoy healthy eating and those walks too - really great exercise.

Lowcal :-)

Depends what you've done before this aswel cause I know that low calorie diets can affect the metabolism (basically you'll body adapts to that amount of calories) so when you increase food fast it can cause weight gain! also maybe try looking at the foods you've been eating. But I'd say give your body a chance to adapt.

Did you reduce your portions? Did you have any diet drinks or low far food? = full of sugar = weight gain.

Don't give up. Write everything down. You will get there.
