During the week you will find that your weight will go up and down so don't worry about the gain of 1.25lbs that will soon disappear. I weigh myself every other day and over a week my weight changes with loses and gains depending on what I have eaten the day before but my offical weigh in is Thursday so that is the day I count any loss, gain or maintain.

Thanks for that,I am new to this site and trying to manoeuvre my way through the processes. I have had a cardiac arrest over Christmas and need to loose 1.5 stone in weight as walking long distance is a struggle now
Small roast dinners are good for you! I wouldn't worry.
Yes, YellowRose55 hits the nail on the head. Frequent weighing is great, but daily fluctuations are normal. My own 'official' weigh-in day is Monday. I reached my target weight today but in my head it will only be tomorrow that counts. Good luck!
Don't let what you think has happened, make you fall of the weight loss wagon. Everybody's weight fluctuates. Roast dinners are good. Your weight will even out during the week. Don't let one day spoil your week. Keep at it. You can do it

Today is another day ,we can lose and gain a few pounds in a day, I wouldn't be too worried about that amount.We all have days when we wished we hadn't eaten something,good luck.
