Too many feeble excuses as to why, so best not start. Every reason to get going again but I need to find the will to keep it going this time.

You look far too happy to be worrying about your weight Maybe that was the problem, you hadn't reached the end of your line
I'm convinced that being in the right head space is key to losing weight, because without focus and determination, it's just not going to happen.
I know you're not technically a newbie, but I'm going to give you a link to our newbie thread, just to see if it will give you the push to get you started

Morning Davep. I don't know if this will help but I've set myself a very achievable goal every day until the end of the month. I am also trying to watch my food intake and water intake but the main focus is my set goal. I'm the worlds worst for falling off the wagon every few days but I've managed my goal every day and that seems to be enough to get my motivation back. My plan is to make my goal just that little bit harder every month. I'm in this for the long haul so, for once in my life, I'm taking the slow and steady route and it's working so far. Good luck
Hi Dave,
I had my first Christmas in 5 years off. Well I had got to goal by losing 5st. Realised my mistake when I got to the middle of Jan and put on the 2lbs of Christmas weight that I'd just lost, back on. We know how to do it and we know it works so there's just the actual doing of it. I found that the fact that I had logged everything I was eating including the errors meant that it just clicked especially when I saw the scales going up. This week I have had no problem staying within my kcal. So my advice is write down what you are eating/drinking. When you don't get the results you want at the scales, it gives you something to review and start tweaking to get back onto it. Good luck, although I'm sure you won't need it!
Venus
Hi Venus, sound advise. Logging food does start to feel obsessive but it is undoubtedly worthwhile and something that I need to get back into.
That's such a great pic! Tomorrow is always there! Chin up!
