Can't stop eating this evening and have well blown it. Too much chocolate, crackers and cheeselets (of all things). Must be craving carbs. Won't be too bad if it's just one day. Exercise-wise everything on target, but definitely not food wise 😬🙊 😰

Lost it today
As long as you get right back on track tomorrow then you haven't blown it at all. This is how many people fail as they feel they have blown it because of one day. Continue to eat sensibly and you will reap all the benefits of every day you stick with it. Have a read through the plan and get some motivational tips. Never give up, this journey will change your life.
It is only one day. Have a cup of tea and start again tomorrow.
So you slipped today start a fresh clean sleet of paper tomorrow. Just pick yourself up and dust yourself off. Never be too harsh on yourself otherwise you will never get up again and it is a big shame as once you shift off all your unwanted pounds you ill feel a new person. It is worth it in the end. I was exactly like you just eating crisps and jellies all day long and I now I don't touch all these unhealthy foods plus I am in much more control. Not food controls me! Come on! You can do it!
I blame January. I had to turn the heating up a couple of degrees and double my protein and veg on the plate, to get back on plan. But had nearly a whole week of being nearly perfect, so here's hoping. Until they invent time travel, you can't go back and take the temptations from the cupboard before you get your hands on them. You can't change the past, but as the others say, you can change from now on. I would concentrate on sticking to your plan, rather than starving yourself to make up for the slip. If you can do that you could well find that you still have a loss this week. And I always think it is worth challenging the theory to see how much our bodies will let us get away with. It means, if going out surprises us with a cake etc, we don't panic, but can calmly decide whether we can get away with it or not. Good luck for the rest of your week.
