My pledge for today and all week is not to eat anything sweet. Yesterday I did nearly 25,000 steps but I kept in eating biscuits.So I've wrote a pledge on here to help me stay focused.

Tell us how it went. It seems a difficult one to stick to all week - but I find putting something out there like this often makes me stick to my guns a bit better than I would otherwise!
Personally - I keep biscuits out of sight, out of the flat if at all possible, and if all else fails in the freezer or on a high shelf! Good luck
Thats fantastic Karen and I applaud you for doing this. I am afraid I was a bit lax yesterday in putting up the daily pledges so apologies for that
And 25000 steps is phenomenal! Thats around 16 pr 17 klm's - well done!
Morning Karen. I can't seem to message you directly so am having to reply via an old post. I'm going to try doing a 24 hour fast one day a week. Have you watched Doctor in the House? There was a bit on it about fasting. Lots on Google too.

Just watched doctor in the house. It was really interesting so I'm going to follow you and fast on Tuesday. Going to bed a lot of will power, but I'm going to do it. Hope your enjoying your classes and hope your well. Will let you know how I get on, and vice versa.
