I'm 10 stone 9
5 ft
i used to do long distance running and my goal weight is just under or around 8 stone. I do quite a bit of gym stuff but gone off track. I'm a yo yo dieter.

There is plenty of support and the best time for you start is right now.
I'd strongly recommend you download the myfitnesspal app - its a really simple and quick tool for counting calories - you can even scan barcodes and download recipes and will work out the calories on the fly for you - its brilliant and free.
Try to commit to doing some exercise every day for 30 days. Even if it's just a quick 10 minute walk round the block. Getting into that habit will help and you will feel good about doing something for yourself.

First thing....well done you for putting pen to paper & admitting you are overweight!!! That's the first step.....to the Slimmer you ☺️
Now sort your food plans.....
Do some gentle exercise ( walking....30 mins) easy......
Drink lots of Water......I mean lots and occupy yourself in other ways other then eating..........
