Hay good luck with it - very impressed with the cycling. You may even inspire me to get my bike out of the shed...........when its warmed up a bit and stopped raining.
With that level of fitness and some time spent getting to your ideal weight you are going to look the picture of health come the Summer

Hi John-Bailey,
Welcome to the forum, and it's great to hear you're currently the lightest you've been in years - you've obviously made some good progress. I hope you'll enjoy the NHS 12 week plan, and that you'll find this forum helpful and supportive. There are lots of great people here.
Enjoy your cycling, and hopefully you'll be coping well with those hills very soon!

Hi John Good on you! If you are enjoying your riding take it to the next level - I joined a local cycling club and more than doubled my milage and it gave me a huge motivation to lose weight! Done a few sportives too which give you a real focus! We get out with an 'easy' 20+ miles (and 2000 ft climbing) every Sunday and the more you do the easier it gets!
If you find out how to grow taller...
