Tomorrow is the day! The 1st of a new month and a Monday too. Perfect for us OCD dieters! I've got my food sorted for the week, including plenty of water, fruit and veg! No excuses now. I read a post on here that said there was no point planning to eat foods that I didn't enjoy, something I've been guilty of in the past. Picking at brown rice, plain fish and salads. Struggling to eat every few hours then giving in at tea time and indulging in a 'bad' food. I'm going to eat well but if I want a biscuit, I'll have a biscuit, just not the full packet! Wish me luck guys!

Good luck for tomorrow which is also my weigh in day. I have tried so hard this week so lets us see how we go.
I think that you've got the right attitude now. Keep an eye on your calories and see what you can fit in. I love crisps, so some days I include a packet with lunch. Nothing is forbidden if you are sensible.
Have a good week.
Good luck!
Good luck Sam. You are right about not having foods you don't enjoy. I believe this is the best way to ensure you put back on any weight you have lost, because as soon as you stop dieting and eat all the foods you like again, you enjoy it so much you end up over eating.
One thing I did when I first started was calculate the calories in many of the meals I have. You can then easily identify the ones which are more calorific and cut those down a bit. I also found a few simple swaps work well, one thing I now do when I have a bolognaise is that I mix the sauce and pasta in the pan before serving - this means I use half the mince but you can't tell - simple but affective
Fingers crossed for your first weigh-in.
Thanks everyone!
Good luck, I am starting again with it being the 1st too.
