Hi all, been away for hols ten days of eat, drink, sleep, repeat!!! Not been on scales since before Christmas and guessing all weight lost before will be back on plus a bit more. Going to be brave and get back on scales for Monday weigh in then back on track, although I have enough chocolates and christmas cake to sink a battleship.... 😱x

Don't worry about any weight gain, just jump back onto the band wagon on Monday. That gives you one day to polish off all the remaining Christmas goodies
