So I need to lose 3 or 4 stone. Seems like a mountain but it won't go unless I start. I visited my GP and I am waiting for the paperwork to join the local gym. Activity referral.
So now I will have no excuse no to get off my backside and be more active. I just need to figure out a the healthy eating side of things and all should fall into place X

Try to make small maintainable changes, also check out your portion control and try to cut down on the snacking. You'd be surprised how a few changes will make a difference.
