Welcome to the forum! This is a great place to come! Can I say though that you need to watch the bad stuff intake as it's easier to eat that than good old fruit and veggies.

Not sure that what you have listed as your two meals and a snack is very healthy! Have a good read through the NHS Choices plan and see how you need to make sure you eat a sensible, balanced diet. If that is all you are eating in a day I would worry for you.
What is your current weight, height and age? Do you have any other dietary problems or medical conditions?

oh yeah, it has beetroot in it but I don't think that counts seeing as it was pretty much 100% sugar.
