I think the fact that you are back in the saddle after the difficult time just shows to me that you are NOT a failure - that speaks to me of success and determination.
WELL DONE and keep up the good work!
Hi Bev,
Most important is the health of you and your Mum, yes it's been difficult but you sound ready to get back on trackπ
I was in similar place 4 weeks ago when my sister was seriously injured in an RTA Now I'm back on track but up a few Ibs but hey ho , she's now out of hospital and well on the mend, precious stuff.
Don't be hard on self you will turn it aroundπ
Enjoy your soup

Hang on... there isn't a single thing you said that means failure. We all have to do this and live too. Life throws things at us all the time and something as tricky as you are going through is never going to make it easy. I think the fact you are back here and looking forward to the next step shows just how successful you are. Bravo!
Aww bless you, sending lots of get well wishes for your mum xx
Everyone is right, you haven't failed, it's a minor dietary blip which is accounted for and very understandable - we humans have these things sometimes! You are already showing your strength by getting back on track so quickly. Always think of the bigger picture...for example: 1 week off the wagon, followed by 4 weeks on the wagon = weight loss. You've got this covered, don't worry. xx
